Specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten.Ingredients: water, corn starch, rice flour, extra virgin olive oil 5%, sugar, dried sourdough 3% (rice flour, corn flour, quinoa flour, cornstarch), thickening agents: guar seeds flour, hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose; yeast, iodized salt, lupin proteins, vegetable fiber: psyllium, acidifier regulator: tartaric acid, flavouring. Lactose free. Lactose less than 0,01 grams per 100 g. The product may contain traces of sesame seeds, soy, mustard. Packed in a protective atmosphere. Store in a cool dry place away from sources of heat.
