Gluten free white breAd
Specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten.

Ingredients: water, corn starch, rice flour, high oleic sunflower oil, dried sourdough 2% (corn flour, maize starch, quinoa flour, rice flour), dextrose, thickeners: guar seeds flour, hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose; yeast, iodized salt, soy proteins, rice proteins, vegetable fiber: psyllium, quinoa flour, corn flour, aroma. The product may contain traces of mustard, sesame seeds, lupin. Packed in a protective atmosphere and treated with ethyl alcohol on the surface. Store in a cool dry place away from sources of heat.
